When you work with inkBOTZ Brands On Demand you are literally plugging into our manufacturing facility. In the past, you would purchase large quantities of items from a wholesaler and hold the inventory until the items sold. And, in most cases, you would have to absorb the cost and lose money while unsold items sit on the shelf. In the On-Demand model, you plug directly into your manufacturing and supply chain. You gain the unique advantage of carrying zero inventory as well as carrying many products at once with little to no risk. Welcome to the future!
How can I get started with inkBOTZ On Demand?

What are your setup fees?
There are no setup fees involved in creating an account with our company. In addition, there are no minimum order quantities or service charges.
What payment options are available?
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express
Will my customers know that I use you to fulfill my orders?
INKBOTZ On Demand prides itself on white label packaging. Your customer will not know that we are fulfilling your orders unless you choose to tell them
Why do I need a Tax ID and what if I don’t have one?
A tax ID is required if your business is based in the United States. INKBOTZ is a business to business company that uses tax ID to verify your business.
Does INKBOTZ sell my products for me?
We are a business to business company only. INKBOTZ On Demand does not participate in the marketing or selling of any customer products.
How Does it Work?
In order for on-demand manufacturing to flow efficiently from your e-commerce platform into INKBOTZ On Demand, all artwork for products must come through ‘Production Ready’. Simply put, all artwork transmitted must be designed to our templates and to the proper specifications. For those new to on-demand manufacturing, there is no need to worry, we have everything you need to get you started! Create your amazing product artwork, connect your website to ours, and let us handle the rest.
Where can I find prices for all INKBOTZ On Demand Products?

Do I have to manually enter all orders?
No, Brands On Demand offers multiple ways to place orders: via direct API integration, our Plug-in or the INKBOTZ On Demand portal where orders can be manually entered
What are your minimum order quantities?
There are no minimum order quantities.
Can I keep a stock of my printed designs with INKBOTZ?
We are on demand business and do not store stock of preprinted items.
How does INKBOTZ ON Demand handle customer service issues?
When your customer has an issue with an order you can contact your INKBOTZ On Demand help desk and resolve the issues as necessary. Customer service hours are Monday – Friday from 9 am to 5 pm Mountain Time.
Do you offer branding services?
Yes, we do offer those services and are reserved for enterprise-level businesses whose annual sales volume is $1 million and above. We would love to discuss these options with you.
What does the Packing Slip look like?
Our packing slip has no INKBOTZ On Demand branding on it and includes the business address that you provide. It will also have the tracking number for shipping, order ID number, the ship date, the product ID number, product description and quantity shipped.
Can I order sample Products?
When your account is set and connected to our ordering system you may order your own sample products.
How long does it take for my customer to get an order?
Production time for all products is 5 business days. Shipping will be determined by the selected ship method and carrier.
What does the packaging look like?
All orders are shipped in either a white mylar or yellow bubble mailer bag for small orders or a plain cardboard box for larger orders.
Does INKBOTZ ship internationally?
Yes, we ship all over the world.
What are your shipping options?
We ship on all the major carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS).
What are your shipping rates?
We do not have set shipping rates and use the daily posted rates from the carriers.
Are there any processing fees?
There are no processing fees. Everything but the actual cost of shipping is included in the price.
Are the Print Colors the same as what’s on my screen/photo?
Colors may differ slightly when printed depending on your individual screen settings and the substrate of the fabric selected.
Will you review my design before printing?
No, we do not review images or designs when orders are submitted.
How long does production take?
Production is 5 business days.
What Size/DPI images do I need?
This depends on the product. DPI can range from 96 dpi to 300 dpi. Image size can range from as small as 1″x2″ to products as large as 88″x104″
Can my shop have products that are not made by INKBOTZ?
Yes other products can be listed on your site. We do not place restrictions on what you sell.
How does your printing process work?
NKBOTZ On Demand uses direct to product, UV Digital Printing to achieve photo realistic full color prints. Our abrasion and adhesion standards are as premium as the brands we partner with.
Templates, Artwork and Designing
What file formats do you accept for images?
All image files need to be RGB mode JPG.
Are templates provided for product design?
Yes INKBOTZ provides templates for all products. They are available upon completion of the registration
